Appointments are self-scheduled on our Scheduling Portal.

No, you do not. Your remaining appointments will be tracked through the phone number or email address used to purchase the Session Bundle.

This is optional. If you do request a code, a 6 digit code will be sent to your number via SMS message.
Entering this number will auto fill your contact information and payment information.
It is not required, but eliminates some steps.

After selecting an appointment time, you will proceed to the checkout page. Sign In by entering your phone number and entering the code sent to your number via SMS.
Under your contact information, any available package(s) will be listed. Click the down arrow, at the end of the row, and the number of remaining packages will display.

No. All bundles are set to expire if not used within 1 year. That is a system requirement. If you find a year has passed since purchasing a Session Bundle, and you have remaining sessions, please contact Hillside Wellness and this will be corrected.
